Opportunity to Oppose Trademark of “Triggerpoint”

It has come to the attention of NCBTMB that a company has filed a federal trademark application to protect the term “triggerpoint,” and restrict use of the term by anyone else within the United States.

Those in opposition of the trademark are encouraged to submit a Request for Extension of Time to File an Opposition no later than March 2, 2017.
